Year 4 PE

Dear parents / carers,

Year 4 will have PE sessions on a Tuesday and Friday, beginning tomorrow, 30th September 2022, until further notice.

Please can children come to school wearing their PE kit on both the Tuesday and Friday.

PE kits can stay at home. Hopefully this will save any confusion over the coming weeks.

Ideally, your child will wear PE shorts beneath joggers so they are able to keep warm at break and lunchtimes.

Choir After School Club

I will be running a choir after school every Tuesday starting from 4th October. Please see the letter below for further details. If your child wishes to join speak to the office or myself or email music@woodthorpe-school.com. Please let me know by Thursday 29th September. This is a first come, first served basis and pupils will be informed by Friday 30th. Many thanks.

Guitar Lessons

Guitar lessons commence this morning (Tuesday 20th September). Our guitar teacher will be Mr Tyler. For those who are existing learners, please bring in your instrument from home. For new learners, Mr Tyler will work with the children and send home an instrument in due course.

Attendance & Punctuality

Brass Lessons
